Joe Joe Charles Make-A-Wish Dream Comes True
After hearing of 5-year-old Joe Joe Charles’ wish to become a farmer, after having spent almost 4 months of his short life in a hospital being treated for Neuroblastoma the entire town of Waterloo, IL pulled out all the stops to make the boy’s wish come true.
As you can see from the video the town went all out to provide Joe Joe, his twin brother and the rest of his family with a day to remember!
